The design of Etnica shows the importance of the social aspect of an architectural project. Here we have spaces where it is possible to simultaneously do various wellness activities in the same area. For us, architecture is no longer just about building a place to live, but about being able to live a life full of physical and mental wellbeing in a space that allows for a deep reconnection with nature.
Firstly, on the ground floor, you will find an area dedicated to local wellness businesses. Upstairs, there is an open-air cinema, a picnic area, as well as areas dedicated to meditation and reading.
On the next floor, we have a pool with a glass front that lights up the front of the building, as well as a swimming lane, an area for yoga and a gym with a panoramic view.
